James Murphy Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lurley Mae Baker Murphy and Reather L Murphy; and his brothers, Carter Morris Murphy of Petersburg, VA and Charles Dudley Murphy of Jeffersonville, IN.. He is survived by: his wife Betty Crank Murphy; his sister Bettie Murphy Warren of Richmond; his children, Dr. Bryan D Murphy (Jennifer Coy Murphy) of Louisville, KY, Tamara Anne Murphy of Shelbyville, KY and Tara Elizabeth Murphy King (Brian) of Louisville, KY; and his grandchildren, James Tipton Murphy (Ivy), Lily Murphy Wilder (Max) and Ainsley Elizabeth King.

He later served as Chairman of the Kentucky Dental Foundation from 1998-2004.
