She was predeceased by: her parents, Erich V. Andrischok and Hildegard Jäeger Andrischok; her husbands, Robert C., Lewis and Eugene B. "Gene" Blackwell; and her siblings, Arno H. V. Andrischok, Erich V. Andrischok, Adolf G. Andrischok and Hildegard R. Brauer.
She is survived by: her nephew Jeffrey A. "Jeff" Constantine (Ellen); her great-nephews, Phillip A. Constantine, Stephen A. Constantine and Nicholas A. Constantine; her niece Susanne S. Andrischok; her siblings-in-law, Klärchen Andrischok and Harry Brauer; and also, Sara Turner, Pat Resnick and Lois Clark. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
