He is survived by: his wife Barbara T. Urquhart; his children, Phyllis Prosise (Mack) of Stony Creek, Derrick O. Urquhart (Carla) of Carson, Brittany Tucker of Carson and Beyaka Tucker of Carson; his brothers, James Urquhart and Willie Frank Urquhart (Odessa); his siblings-in-law, Thomas Earl Tucker (Sarah) of Petersburg, Calvin Tucker of Petersburg, Sammy Hardy of Petersburg, Ruth Skeeter (Otis) of Petersburg, Audrey Finney (Paul) of Macon Ga and Shelia Hendricks (Wendell) of Dinwiddie; and his friends, George Ridley, Theodore Perry and Paul Finney. He is also survived by Twelve grandchildren, two great grandchildren.
