She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Fontaine and Lucille Fontaine; and her siblings, Ronald, Richard Fontaine and Carol Stanley.
She is survived by: her husband Garland D Jacobs Sr.; and her children, Barbara Fullam, Preston Clarke (Sherri), Robert Clarke, Charlotte Bryant and Wanda Sparks (Sparky). She is also survived by Six grandsons, Five great granddaughters, four great grandsons and five stepchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Alvin Small Funeral Homes and Crematory - Petersburg (3935 S Crater Rd, Petersburg, VA 23805). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Crater Road Chapel of E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes and Crematory (3935 S Crater Rd, Petersburg, VA 23805). A burial will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at the Southlawn Memorial Park (1911 Birdsong Rd, South, Prince George, VA 23805).
