He was predeceased by: his mother Mary L. Keiser. He is survived by: his wife Vivian May; his son Mosi Keiser (Karesha) of Midlothian, VA; his uncle Thomas L. Keiser, Jr. (Wilma) of Colonial Heights, VA; and his aunt Lucy K. Lewis-McCleskey (late Mickey) of North Chesterfield, VA.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
