He is survived by: his wife Virginia Hubbard Hallman; his sons, Reginald Hallman and Frederick Hallman, Jr. (Dawn) of Baker, FL; his grandchildren, Brandon Hallman, Ryshawn Joyner, Ashley, Joshua Rabb, Ariyana and Aaron Hallman; his siblings, Rev. James Hallman (Ellen) of Marietta, GA, Edward Hallman (Emma) of Fort Wayne, IN, Gordon Hallman (Jennifer) of Los Angeles, CA, Rev. Michael Hallman of Moody, AL and Donna Redin (Christopher) of Fairfield, AL; his brother-in-law Alfred Hubbard of Petersburg, VA; and his pet Gracie. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Bon Secours Hospice at 8580 Magellan Parkway, Richmond, VA 23227, in memory of Frederick W. Hallman, Sr. The family also requests that all food items be omitted.
