He is survived by: his wife Vivian West-Bey of Macon, NC; his children, Samiara Cook-Bey of Chicago, IL, Fred West-Bey, Jr. (Robin) of Henrico, VA, Karen Brittain (Raymond) of Chester, VA, Sharon Smith (Paul Jr.) of Waldorf, MD, Sophia West-Bey of Chester, VA, Larry Eppes of Petersburg, VA and Lafredda West-Bey of Clinton, NC; his grandchildren, Jorn, Tamika, Paul, Megan, Corey, Alexia, Tamera, Juwan and Kei'Myah; his stepson Domonique Taylor (Teresa) of Warrenton, NC; his siblings, Elihu West-Bey of Prince George, VA and Salome Creighton-Bey of Durham, NC; his siblings-in-law, Carrie West-Bey, Maxine West-Bey, Linda Peterson, Lesia Turner, Russell Thompson, Jr., Robert Thomas, Lloyd Taylor and Rodney Taylor; his goddaughters, Renata and Joanna Nelson; his friends, James and Ernest Creighton-Bey; and his nephews, Renzellous West-Bey, Jr. (Andrea) and Wilson Creighton-Bey (Regina).
