He is survived by: his parents, Frank Jacob and Rose Hasselbeck Jacob; his children, Barbara (Douglas Kleine), Thomas Jacob (Cindy) and Richard Jacob (Olga); his grandchildren, Lauri Hetzer (John Colson), Lisa Draney, Molly Mattei (David), Andy Jacob (Natasha), Andrea Previte (Bobby) and Hilary Czarda (Josh); and his great grandchildren, Rowan, Liam, Zoe Hetzer, Greg Colson, Dylan Colson, Noah Draney, Jocelyn, Charlotte, Penelope Mattei, Sloan Jacob, Nina Czarda and Ben Czarda.
