She was predeceased by: her parents, Sidney Cohens and Rose Lee Kindard Cohens; her husband Willie Joe; and her siblings, Janie M. Holmes, Catherine Dunlape, Calvin, James L. and Bobby L. Cohens.
She is survived by: her brothers, Frederick B. of Greenwood, SC and Frank Cohens of Florida; her nieces, Priscilla Griffin and Michelle Dunlape; her great-nephew Sidney Cohens; her goddaughter Tameeka Raines; and her friends, Patricia Raines, Patquin Walker, Lillie Gee, Mother Edna Roberts, Rev. Kim White, John, Annie Moore and Sister Eunice Lanier. She is also survived by nephews, cousins, sisters and brothers.
During the COVID years, she worshipped with Rev. Kim White and Bishop James Coleman through telephone services.
