She is survived by: her children, Brenda Davis (Theodore) of Virginia Beach, VA, Angela M. Harris of Petersburg, Wanda E. Mallory of Petersburg, April D. Cherry of Petersburg and Thomas Fowlkes III (Yolanda) of Petersburg; her sisters, Cassie Ruffin, Susie Branch of Petersburg, VA and Theresa Ramey of Tennessee; her siblings-in-law, Mildred F. Robertson of Petersburg, VA, William E. Wilkins of Petersburg, VA, James Branch, Jr. of Petersburg, VA, James A. Fowlkes, Sr. of Petersburg, VA and Frank Ruffin, Sr. of Philadelphia, PA; her niece Charlotte Ann Dean; and her friend Ella Robinson of Petersburg, VA.. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, twenty great grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren.
