He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Marshall, Sr. and Beatrice Smith Marshall; and his son Edward Marshall III. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Davis; his daughters, Patrice Elizabeth Harris and Amy Christine Hanson; his stepson Douglas Davis "DJ" (Amanda); his grandchildren, Kimberly Grailford, Demond Grailford and Remi Davis; his siblings, Carl Anthony Marshall (Linda), Ronald Wayne Marshall, Verna M. Roach (Author) and Derrick Sylvester Marshall (Ruth); and his friend Marvin Waller. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives.
