Baird (Petersburg, Virginia), born in Belton, South Carolina, who passed away on November 25, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Troy K. Baird and Nazra Baird; his sisters, Evelean Sloan and Dorothy Mae Pressley; his daughter Linda Arlene; and his former wife Hattie Baird.
He is survived by: his sister Catherlean Jones of Washington, DC; his children, Crystal Baird of McKenney, VA, Tamara Baird of Richmond, VA, Alicia Nelson (Derrick) of Petersburg, VA, Martin Baird and Marcus Baird (Kerry); his grandchildren, Marcus Harmon, Xavier Baird, Lashay Boone, Destiny Fuller, Uniq Pegram, Martin Monroe, Martre Baird, Jordin Burwell, Naomi Baird, TrayQuan Baird, Tyreek Shands, Shaquella Baird, Edmund Jackson and Syrii Baird; and his brother-in-law Leander Jones. He is also survived by other relatives and devoted friends.
