She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Pierce and Eva Pierce. She is survived by: her husband Aaron "Lonnie" Ott; her children, Toni Fuller (Jeremey) and Cody Ott (Jen); her grandchildren, Kyndle Fuller and Walker Fuller; her siblings, Janie Lee (Charles), Ann Kemp (Roger), Joe Pierce Jr. (Wendy) and Barbara Marks; and her sister-in-law Shannon Lawler (Bob). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Matoaca High School, Dorothy Pierce Ott Memorial fund.
