He is survived by: his brother Ronald Wade Phelps; his sister-in-law Julie Phelps; his nieces and nephews, Samantha Edis, Jennifer Phelps, Jessica Phelps, Simon Edis and James Edis; his cousins, Lisa Wilkes Carrier and Mike Slaughter; his friends, Richard Walsh, John Jones, Nevaeh Gaines, Maurice Jones, Rick Jones and Tammie Walsh; and his goddaughter Tamara Jones. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
