He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Hill and Louise Hill; and his siblings, Calonia Orgain, Beatrice Hawthorne, Mary, Bland, Lucy Wynthum, George, Archie, Sylvester and Deacon Solomon Hill, Sr..
He is survived by: his children, Sam Hill of New York, Kenneth Hill, Sr. of Las Vegas, NV and Cynthia Coleman (Bill) of West, VA; his grandson Kenneth Hill, Jr. of Dillsburg, PA; his sister-in-law Mildred Hill; his caregiver Joann Saunders Watts; his nieces and nephews, Dianne Hill, Louise Hill of Brooklyn, NY, James "Peabody" Hill and Solomon Hill, Jr. (Wanda); his daughter-in-law Angela Hill of Charlottesville, VA; and his cousins, Queen Mason (Sam), Mary Hill, Ester Sorrols and Daisey Brown of Petersburg. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
