She was predeceased by: her daughter Terri Johnson Richard; her parents, Charlie Brown and Ethel Brown; and her siblings, Major Carey Brown, Gene Parker, Vanessa Marshall and Verla Parker.
She is survived by: her husband Maynard Skelton; her children, Bernita Johnson Edwards (Ernest Sr.) and Charles Johnson Jr. (Emma); her grandchildren, Charles Johnson III, Christopher Johnson, Ernest Edwards II and Terricka Richard; and her brother Larry Brown. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, this service will be private.
