She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred L. Woodruff, Sr. and Queen Cross Woodruff; her brother Fred Lee Woodruff; and her cousins, William Woodruff (Tonetta), Douglas Woodruff, J. C. Woodruff, Fred Dean Woodruff, Julia Blueford, John M. Hite, Jr., Leon Hubbard and Leroy Hubbard.
She is survived by: her cousins, Mary Woodruff (late William J. Woodruff), Rev. Charles Woodruff (Carolyn), Anna Woodruff, Brian Woodruff (Janice), Artrelle Spicely of Richmond, VA, Alexander Jones (Saundra), Carl E. Hite and Marvin Hubbard (Mattie). She is also survived by several other cousins, other relatives and devoted friends.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Virginia State University Alumni Association in remembrance of Della F. Woodruff.
