Moore of Chester, VA; his grandsons, Ian Bradford Kelley of Woodbridge, VA, Marcus Neal Moore (Gisette) of Woodbridge, VA and Jason Lamar Moore of Woodbridge, VA; his great grandchildren, Jayden and Janessa Moore; his sisters-in-law, Inell Westbrook and Irene Westbrook; and his friends, Joe Turner, Eugene Rose and Charlie Caper. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren and those family members and friends.
