He is survived by: his wife Sandra Chavis; his children, Simone Chavis Brown, Shaquita Chavis (Gregory), Tonia Morgan, Jennifer Phelps, William Chavis and Patrick Chavis (Rosalind); his siblings, Eunice Manson, Roberta Harrison (Tony), Joyce Chavis, Gilda Chavis (Darryl), George Chavis (Annette), Jimmy Chavis (Evonne) and Robert Chavis (Janice); his father-in-law Charlie Anderson (Charlotte); his siblings-in-law, Gayle Harrison (Eugene), Regina Meekins (Matthew), Jennifer Johnson (John), Stanley Taylor, Jeffrey Anderson and Kenneth Anderson; and his grandchildren, Sherica Dean, Jaeon, Janika Chavis, Toni, TiAsia Brown, Shanae, Shanise Chavis, Lewis Taylor, Patra Perry, TeAsia Prosise, LaQuan, Shomari Williams, Kelashja Todd, Teniyah Hill, Darius Morgan, Ericka and Ashleigh Phelps.
A facial covering will be required along with social distancing while attending all services and viewings.
