She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Oliver and Vina Gunn Oliver; and her brother Wayne Oliver. She is survived by: her children, Sean Terry of Columbia, SC, Julian Terry (Jenny) of Raleigh, NC and Stacey Ormsby (Oneil) of Rockville, MD; and her sisters, Rev. Eunice Morton (Bishop John), Julia Foster, Pamela Wallace (late Artis) of Durham, NC and Shelia McMillan (late Alfred Sr.) of Chester, VA.. She is also survived by loving in-laws, nieces, nephews, family, former classmates, and friends.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions an abbreviated memorial ceremony will be private.
