He is survived by: his wife Daisy Gay; his daughter Janice "Barbie" Stringfield; his grandchildren, Craig Stith (Stephanie), Chance, Samara and Saleece Stith; his nieces and nephews, Marion Hamlin, Gloria Mason, Theodore Gay, Jr. and Scott Gunter; his cousin Mary Ruffin; and his caregiver Audrey Bain.
