Mitchell Jr. and Willie Studivant Jr.; and his cousin Carolyn Outlaw Griffin.

He is survived by: his children, Christina Grady (Deon), Tamika Outlaw (Michael), Shamera Batts (Deon), DeVonna Outlaw (Sherod), Clifton L. Outlaw, II (Dorisa) and Mariela Davis; his grandchildren, Deon Jr., Jordan, Marcus, Dayeonna, Chrisette, Chandra, Jayden, Harmony and Taylor; his sisters, Velma Outlaw (Edward), Sharine Outlaw (Raphael), Glenda Outlaw (Albert), Angelia Outlaw, Ealgo Jackson, Consintina Outlaw Scott (Kevin), Dawn Outlaw, Sandra White (Adarryll Sr.), Tammy Boone (Alvin) and Felicia Outlaw; his nieces and nephews, Victor Kendrick (Sharonicka), Jerome Outlaw (Nichollee), Tiffany Scott, Shequita Kita Mitchell (Jermaine Sr.) and Jackia Outlaw; his close friend Taneka Williams; and his goddaughter Brianna Dowe. He is also survived by cousins, other relatives, co-workers, acquaintances, and friends.
