He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Hazelwood; his children, Linwood Hazelwood and Siterra Hazelwood; his siblings, Lewis Hazelwood (Lavern) of Framingham, MA, Alice Najjar (John) of Mattapan, MA and Charlotte Robertson (Rodney); his aunt Joyce Scott of Petersburg, VA; his father-in-law Ernest Brown; his siblings-in-law, Lorenzo Clark, Teresa Roberts (Stacey) and Allison Hardy (Russell); and his friends, Clifford Neal, Joseph Giles, Len Lassiter and Robert Clark (Shirley). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
