She is survived by: her sons, Jerry Ellis (Laura) of Surry, VA and Anthony "Mark" Ellis (Melissa) of Harvest, AL; her grandchildren, Betsy May "Bird" Tynes (Johnnie) of Surry, VA, Jerry "Boola" Ellis, Jr. of Virginia Beach, VA, Jereal "Lil Baby" Ellis of Surry, VA and Johnathan Ellis of Surry, VA; her great grandchildren, Rakim Holloman, Johnnie Tynes III, Jayliah Tynes, Ahniah Tynes and Lucy Tynes; and her siblings, Leroy "Mickey" Ellis (Vera), Mervin "Juny Bug" Ellis (Jeannie), Barbara Hill of Wakefield, VA, Linda Gray of Wakefield, VA, Diann Sumler of Wakefield, VA, Arlean Stith (Wendell) of Southampton, VA and Evon White (Melvin) of Surry, VA. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
