She was predeceased by: her mother Mattie Jones Latham; and her siblings, Mattie Gales, Corinthia Sutherland, Evelyn Nelson, India Brown, James Latham and Frank Latham.
She is survived by: her children, Jacqueline Latham of Petersburg, VA, Toni Latham of Petersburg, VA, Robin Kizzie of Maryland, Clyde Baxter of Petersburg, VA and Victor Baxter (Alicia) of Tennessee; her granddaughters, Sonya Latham of Petersburg, VA and Keturah Baxter of Alton, VA; her goddaughters, Linda Meade (Wayne) of Petersburg, VA, Kim Winston of Petersburg, VA and Margaret Hamilton (Raymond) of Petersburg, VA; and her brother Clyde Baxter.
