He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Folks and Charles Robert Turner, Sr.; his former wife Rose Lee Turner; and his siblings, Shirley Tinner, Wayne Turner and Raymond Turner.
He is survived by: his wife LaVerne Turner; his daughter Caryl Turner-Dillard (Mario); and his granddaughter Campbell. He is also survived by many other extended family members and friends.
