He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Lee and Alma Flowers Ethridge; his daughter Eileen Teachey; and his siblings, Woodrow Ethridge, Bobby Ethridge, Peg Ward and Gladys Melichampe.
He is survived by: his children, Rick Ethridge and Sandra E. Crone (Charles); and his grandchildren, Glenda, Melissa, Kelly, Michael, Christopher, Tammy, Crystal and Kathy. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren and other extended family.
