He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Dugger and Viola Stith Dugger; and his siblings, William Green, Sr., Rev. James Dugger, Walter Dugger, Norman Dugger, John Dugger, Margarite Dugger, Rosa Mae Dugger, Doris Jones, Viola Suber and Josephine Johnson.
He is survived by: his children, Charles A. Dugger, Jr. (Lanay) and Tia Dugger of Baltimore, MD; his grandson Tevin Dugger (Toni); his great grandchildren, Kendall Dugger, Tevin Dugger, Jr. and Azairrh Dugger; his stepson Kory Gregory of Baltimore, MD.; his cousin James Precious Thomas (Darlene); and his nieces and nephews, Willie Mae Morgan of New York, Janice Garriega (Josè) of New York, Annette Clark (David), Lee Dugger (Pacine), Wilhelmena Hailes, William Green, Jr., James Dugger, Jr. (Michelle) and Sonia Clarke of Maryland. He is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
