It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Catherine Hutzell (Petersburg, Virginia), who passed away on June 1, 2019, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Freeman and Agnes Elizabeth Mattingly; her husband Fred Leroy Hutzell; and her grandson Christopher Shawn Wrenn. She is survived by: her children, Trudy Goodman (William), Judith Kelly (Clarence) and Patrick Hutzell (Teri); her grandchildren, Dale Mayton (Tanya), Eric Mayton (Jennifer), Noema Wrenn, Matthew Wrenn (Tracy), Megan Hutzell and Nathan Hutzell (Elizabeth); her great grandchildren, Kierstin, Dylan, Korryn, Christian, Cameron Mayton and Hailey Tereschenko; and her siblings, Mary Catherine Sipe, Dorothy McFadden, Genevieve Hunt (Joey) and Donald Mattingly (Anne). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family.
