Hines, Jr. of Philadelphia, PA and Gregory Hines of Philadelphia, PA; and her stepchildren, Carolyn Lewis Robinson of Petersburg, VA and Carlton Lewis of Buffalo, NY. She is also survived by cousins, other relatives and friends.
