It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Brooks Alton Moody (Petersburg, Virginia), who passed away on August 29, 2018, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Lillie Mae Moody Fabian; his grandparents, Shelton Moody and Bessie Moody; his siblings, Laura Mae Pray and Roland Fabian; and his son Julius Alton Moody.
He is survived by: his children, James of Petersburg, Marion Rockett of Savannah, Catherine Moody (Kitty) of Ludowici, Mattie Maude Green of Ludowici and Jeri Ann Moody of Philadelphia; his stepson Anthony Moody (Brenda) of Savannah; his son Pate Cray; and his brother Joe Lewis Fabian of Hinesville Georgia. He is also survived by grandchildren, a host of great grandchildren and great, great grandchildren; two nieces, four nephews, cousins, and friends.
