It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Austin (Petersburg, Virginia), who passed away on September 15, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Marvin and Ruth Beasley (Brown) of Virginia; her sister Shirley Clements; and her husband Edward Canterbury. She is survived by: her children, Susan Baldwin (Mike) of Jefferson, Maryland, Robert Canterbury of Jessup, Maryland and Edward (Daralyn) of Fairbanks, Alaska.; her grandchildren, Angela Baldwin of Frederick, Maryland., Julia Baldwin of Frederick, Maryland. and Matthew Baldwin (Kristin) of Frederick, Maryland.; her brother Marvin Beasley (Fay) of Overland Park, Kansas; her nieces, Audra Barricks (Todd) and Andrea Deel (Chris); and her nephew Freddy Clements (Rainer).
