She was predeceased by: her husband Moses Clarence Thomas, Sr.; her daughter Brenda "Deiboo" Thomas Barkley Woodson; and her granddaughter Deanna. She is survived by: her children, Michael, Moses Jr. (Mary) and Debra Casey (James); her grandchildren, Kenneth, Lamont, Kelly and Keith (Tyra "Chica" Casey); her siblings, Sarah, Helen, Delores, Carrie, Tina, Lydia and William; her sister-in-law Delores Lowery; and her friends, Toni Adams, Zada Adams and Judy. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
