He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Brown, Sr. and Eliza Ellis; and his sister Nancy Johns. He is survived by: his wife Lillian Hayes Brown; his children, Bernard Brown, Jr. (Carolyn), James Brown (Tammy), Micheal and Alice Marshall (Ray); his siblings, David Brown, Sylvester Brown, Lawrence Brown (Rita), Alice Flowers (Alvin) and Daisy Murphy (Sam); his aunt Lillie Parker; and his uncle Franklin Brown. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
