He is survived by: his wife Annie Hazelton; his children, Benjamin Hazleton, Jr. of Petersburg, VA, Fabia (Greg) of Chesterfield, VA and Vera Hazelton of Glen Burnie, MD; and his siblings, Lucy Newbold (Stephen) of Miami, FL and Major Hazelton of Chicago, IL. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of cousins, other relatives and friends.
