She was predeceased by: her husband Winston Brown, Sr; her grandparents, Eastern and Ester Cooke; her son Sylvester Brown; her granddaughter Bethal Brown; her brother Robert "Junie" May; and her siblings-in-law, Helen Brown, Virginia May, Levi Brown, Sr, Tom May and Alexander Brown.
She is survived by: her son Winston Brown, Sr; and her sister-in-law Arlene Adam. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends, among them a devoted friend and caregiver, Janice Boone and granddaughter, Bonnie Jones; devoted cousins.
