He was predeceased by: his parents, Eustace Blake and Adora Green; his parents-in-law, Joseph Clanton Seaborne Sr. and Elhart Seaborne; his sons, Rodrigo Blake and Rodolfo Blake Sr.; the mother of his children Norma Hines Blake; his grandson Rodolfo Blake Jr.; his siblings, Aston Blake, Elvy Morris, Edith Roper, Hilda Rivers, Gretel Blake and Irene Jones; and his sister-in-law Roberta Moore.
He is survived by: his wife Jewell Ruth Seaborne Green; his children, Nydia Oliver (Noel Sr.), Marcelle Blake, Cecilio Bobby Blake and Alvaro Ricardo Blake; his grandchildren, Jewell Oliver, Noel Oliver Jr., Fatima Blake, Jamel Robinson, Lamell Robinson, Jenniqua Robinson, Lavonte Robinson, Jared Blake, Patricia Blake and Sara Blake; his great grandchildren, Jaliah Robinson, Jai'Ari Little and Jayvyn Little; and his siblings-in-law, Joseph C. Seaborne Jr. (Pamela), Elmoreace Trimiew, C. Elizabeth Minor, Blancha Howard (Victor) and Adria Shivers (Bob). He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
