It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Amos Fleming (Petersburg, Virginia), who passed away on March 7, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Brucie Mary Moore and George Allen Fleming; the mother of his children Annie E. Givens; and his siblings, Helen Marshall, Frances Parks, Roosevelt, Nathaniel, Avon and James Rudolph Fleming.
He is survived by: his daughter Michele Brown (Ricky) of Dinwiddie, VA; and his siblings, Frank Fleming of Maryland, George Fleming of Maryland, Emily Jones of North Carolina, Ola Jones of Maryland, Jeanell Johnson of Maryland and Rhonda Billingsley of Maryland. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
