He was predeceased by: his parents, Bessie Williams and Harry Williams; his former wife Rosa Williams; his children, Catherine Harris, Kenneth Williams and Jerome Williams; and his siblings, Gertrude Jones, Bessie Bradford, Pauline Allen, Verlee Claiborne, James, Willie, Harry and Benjamin Williams.
He is survived by: his wife Mabel; his children, Leroy (Gloria) of Prince George, Alex (Rosezetta) of Hopewell, Bennie (Diane) of Petersburg, Richard of Richmond, Glen (Rose) of Hopewell, Lorenzo of Hopewell, Barry (Latonya) and Bettie Colon of Jacksonville, FL; his stepchildren, Betty Geiger Denmark and Melvin Houser Brooks of New York; his children-in-law, Clementine Williams of Hopewell and Victor Colon of Jacksonville, FL.; his grandchildren, Eddie Williams, Cathy Harris, Trinette, Tonya, Joshua, Velencia, Shannon, Donnette, Khalil, Britney, Lorenzo Jr., Autumn, Shayla, Nisa, T'Keyah, Darrius and Brandon; and his niece Alice. He is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren; twenty-four great-great grandchildren.
