He was predeceased by: his parents, Millard Kelly and Ethel Mae Hall Kelly. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Eldridge Kelly of Rose Hill, VA.; his sons, Winston Jr. Kelly (Tina) of Jonesville, VA and Chris Kelly (Michelle) of Rose Hill, VA.; his grandchildren, Winston Kelly III (Andrea), Alyssa Combs, Joshua Kelly (Emma) and Grace Kelly; and his great grandchildren, Colton Kelly and Samuel Combs.
