He is survived by: his children, Tommy Kinsler (Pryscilla) of Jonesville, VA and Monica Kinsler (Corey) of Pennington Gap, VA; his fiancée Lisa Russell of Duffield, VA; his grandchildren, Chloe, Brealyn, Kinsley, Tiana, Riley and Sophia; and his sisters, Mary Childress of Wallens Creek and Ann Kinsler of Coeburn, VA. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and a host of extended family.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Mullins-Sturgill Funeral Home (298 Harrell St, Pennington Gap, VA 24277). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 8:00 PM at the same location.
