It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Timothy Joseph Blevins of Pennington Gap, Virginia, who passed away on April 23, 2023, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Blevins and Polly Asher Blevins; and his siblings, Willis Clayton Blevins, Glenda "Cat" Blevins, Mary Lou Blevins and Linda Gail Runyon.
He is survived by: his wife Freesia Lavelma Ridings Blevins; his daughter Brandie Nicole Blevins; and his siblings, William Boyd "Tom" Blevins, Wilma Barnette, Wanda Blevins, Jennifer Caldwell, Paula Blevins and Cynthia Howard. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
