He was predeceased by: his father Morris Fraley Fannon. He is survived by: his sister Cynthia D. Kinser (Allen) of Pennington Gap, Virginia; his nephew C. Adam Kinser (Stephanie); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Hank, Graham and Brooks of Jonesville, Virginia; his niece Terah D. K. DeFore (Kory); his great-nephew John Franklin; his great-niece Anna of Navarre, Florida.; and also, Judy Bishop, Gene Robbins and Kathy Peters. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
