Garrett, Jr. of Pennington Gap and Sherry Bowlin (Garrett) of Kingsport, TN; her granddaughter Abigail Grace Bowlin; and her siblings, Clyde Woliver, Shirley Kleineick, Joan Kerns, Kay Smith and Gail Wells.
