It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruby Moore (Pennington Gap, Virginia), who passed away on June 26, 2019, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Walter "Buck" Moore; her son Richard Anthony Moore; her grandsons, Chris and David Smith; her parents, Olin Roscoe and Effie Lee Gibson; and her brother Glen Gibson.
She is survived by: her children, Hershel Donald "Moe" Moore of Jonesville, VA, Belinda Hensley (Danny) of Jonesville, VA and Cindy Moore of Pennington Gap, VA; and her grandchildren, Michael Alsup (Shyrl Parsons) of Martinsville, IN, Crystal Alsup of Pennington Gap, VA, Shawn Harris of Jonesville, VA, Rachel Hensley of Jonesville, VA, Jason Lewis of Indiana and Daniel Moore of Jonesville, VA. She is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
