It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rosalie V. Fannon (Pennington Gap, Virginia), who passed away on February 21, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel M. Vaughn and Bessie Reynolds Vaughn; and her husband Harold C. Fannon. She is survived by: her children, D. Charles Fannon, LaJuan Casella and Ramona Cole; her grandchildren, Anderson Fannon (Kim) of Alaska, Josh Fannon (Crystal) of Alaska, Link Fannon (Melody) of Alaska, David Cole (Brodi) and Julie Cole Frisvold (Brian) of Maryland; and her siblings, Billy Vaughn of Kingsport, TN and Jeanette Pearsall (Ed) of Willington, NC. She is also survived by nine great grandsons, six great granddaughters, and one great great grandchild.
