He was predeceased by: his parents, Jasper Crusenberry and Hazel Crusenberry; his granddaughter Faith Crusenberry; and his aunt Sarah Lawson. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Crusenberry; his children, Jackie Wayne Crusenberry, Michael Douglas Campbell, Jasmine Antoinette Campbell and Brandy M. Campbell; and his brothers, Clarence Orr and Ken Crusenberry.
