It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Hartsock of Pennington Gap, Virginia, who passed away on May 3, 2021, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Gene Hartsock and Mindy Hartsock (Ellie); his sister Wilma Stapleton; and his grandparents, Lawrence, Mae Castle, Nathan and Bertha Hartsock.
He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Hartsock (Andrew), Robert of Pennington Gap, VA and Michael Hartsock of Pennington Gap, VA; his grandchildren, Hayden, Mariela, Margaret Hartsock (Mia), Jarrett Hartsock, Connor Freeman, Lashay McCoy and Jacob Terry; his brothers, Darrell (Audrey) of Pennington Gap, VA, Ricky (Sarah) of Pennington Gap, VA, Matthew (Brenda) of Pennington Gap, VA, Lester (Dorothy) of Pennington Gap, VA and Donald of Pennington Gap, VA; and his close friend Diane Ferguson.
