He is survived by: his parents, Lois Walton and James Woodard; his stepparents, Kenny Walton and Diana Woodard; his brothers, Ronnie Woodard and Robert Woodard; his niece Brianna Warner; his children, Ricky Lynn Woodard (Holly) and Lina Woodard Foster (Matt) of Pennington Gap, VA; and his siblings, Junior Woodard, Randy Woodard (Dianna), Todd Woodard, Brian Woodard, Robin Trostle (Ronnie), Shannon Woodard, Margo Mooneyhan (Casey), April Wilson (Paul) and Melissa Woodard. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
