It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Raelyana Owen (Pennington Gap, Virginia), who passed away on August 1, 2019, at the age of 2, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her great-grandparents, Grant, Geraldine Cowan, James H., Nola Owen, Darrell, Linda Cottrell and Poppy Arthur Long.
She is survived by: her parents, Cody Owen and Brittany Owen; her sister Parsons of Ben Hur, VA; her grandparents, Rebecca, Travis Garrett of Dryden, VA, Papaw Harold Owen, Teresa Cowan of St. Charles, VA, Jerry, Lisa Randolph of Lebanon, TN, Alisha Owen of Pennington Gap, VA, Papaw Wayne and Mamaw Lisa Cowan of Jonesville, VA; and her uncles, Mark Horton, Justin "Juju" Woliver, Tony Barnette, Ethan Wynn, Jared Wynn, Justin Cowan, Jared Edens and Bo "Bobo" Cottrell. She is also survived by many uncles, aunts, cousins and a host of extended family.
